** Event details may change from below for 2020. Will keep you updated here & on Facebook **

Kaituna Ridges Farm is an outstanding property just out of Havelock, reaching up from the edges of the Pelorus Sound estuary to the rock outcrops of the steep hillsides above Kaituna Valley.

This is no ordinary farm, having featured on Country Calander in 2016, and is a past winner of the Marlborough Environmental Awards. The 5000 Romney sheep and over 200 head of cattle thrive on 800 hectares of rolling green pasture set amongst large areas of native bush. Wetlands are being restored and the bush is protected. The shade trees and pasture give way to hillsides where steepness and rocky outcrops have allowed native trees, shrubs and ferns to establish, and every turn on the track will give you a different view.

Looking down from the ridges you can see the peaceful Kaituna River winding its way towards the Pelorus Sound, the Richmond Ranges to the South, and the stunning Queen Charlotte Sound to the North.

This is your only chance each year to experience this wonderful Kaituna jewel. Whether you fancy a challenging run, walk or bike grab this opportunity and compete in this fundraising event. Or bring along the family to particiapte in a fun obstacle course, wander around the stalls, or listen to music under the shade of the tree.
